Is it concerning if you're 37 weeks and your belly is measuring at 34? It's quite odd because at 35 weeks, I was told I was measuring at 35 cm. The week prior at 34, I was measuring 2 weeks behind. So, it went from 2 weeks behind --> right on --> 3 weeks behind ( Read more... )

Hi there..
So, I had my 24 week apt. (which was at 25 weeks) and doc said I was measuring 3 cm larger than I should be, therefore I have to go to get another ultrasound to see whats going on.

My questions are - how common is this? Is it because I'm so short (5'2)? Am I destined to carry a 15 lb'er!? Or maybe I'm just fat?!

I'm 23 weeks today and according to my resources, my uterus should stop about an inch above my belly button, right? This is kind of ironic because last time I posted it was about feeling movement super low. Today I am feeling his kicks inside and out as much as six inches above my belly button. I heard back from the doctor, and everything is fine. The baby is the correct size. Yay good news.

I saw my OB on Friday and everything seemed to go fine until she measured my fundal height. After that, she scheduled an "urgent" ultrasound to check his size. I didn't really think too much of it because I figured he was just a little big. The baby's father and I are both pretty tall people, so I was expecting it ( Read more... )

Is it normal for your fundal height to be measuring small? (and you measure while laying down, right?) I am 23w4d today and still measuring right at my bellybutton - the same spot I was measuring around 20w (which was on target for that time). I'd like say that my biggest pregnancy fear is preterm labour.
